Woodley Lewis' Sportsman Bowl

Woodley Lewis' Sportsman Bowl T-Shirt

In 1962, Woodley Lewis (one of the 1st players to break the color barrier in the NFL) bought Sportsman Bowl, a 36-lane bowling alley in Compton, California. The location was later turned into a Skateland U.S.A. roller rink in 1984 which was one of the earliest sites for hip hop in Los Angeles. This T-Shirt is part of our collection of vintage retro bowling alleys of yesteryear. Memorialized on high quality T-Shirts.
