Pressing P1 through P4 never did anything specific, but nobody questioned buttons in a car that sighed at Michael like a disappointed butler. KITT did all the work, while the curls and leather jacket took the credit. Inspired by Knight Rider.
The Details:
Three vertical red segmented LED bars depict KITT's voice modulator, fading darker toward the ends. Flanking rounded buttons with black sans-serif text read "AIR," "OIL," "S1," and "S2" on yellow above "P1," "P2," "P3," and "P4" on red. Wider buttons below read "AUTO CRUISE" on red, "NORMAL CRUISE" on yellow, and "PURSUIT" on blue.
