What shipping service do you use and how long does delivery take?

Domestic orders ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL from within the United States. Most orders arrive within 10-14 days (including 2-5 business days for custom production). International orders ship via Asendia USA with an estimated 14-21 day fulfillment time. You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships.

How long until my order ships?

All items are custom printed on demand. There is typically a 2-5 business day production period during which your order is printed, quality checked, and packed. During holiday seasons, production may take an additional 1-3 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and changes may not be possible.

I only received part of my order. Where is the rest?

Some products ship from different locations, so parts of your order may arrive separately. Check your email for multiple tracking numbers. If items are still missing after all packages arrive, contact our support team.

My order shows delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, check with household members, look around your delivery area, and contact your local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: What kind of shirts do you print on?

We offer two tiers: Deluxe (100% ring-spun cotton, soft and breathable, sizes S-4XL; 5XL is 100% cotton for better structure) and Luxury (ultra-soft cotton/poly blend with a vintage feel, including triblend options). We also offer Long Sleeve (100% preshrunk cotton), Hoodies (8oz 50/50 cotton/poly blend), Sweatshirts (8oz 50/50 blend), and Tank Tops (100% ring-spun cotton).

What is your return policy?

Yes, we accept returns, as long as your request is made within 30 days of placing your order.

What about sizing?

In the event that your item(s) do not fit, please contact us if you would like to return something for a different size.

Please refer to our size chart to ensure you choose the proper size for the style you are ordering.

What shipping service do you use?

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL depending on the size of your order and whichever service is offering the fastest and lowest rate at the time of your order. On average, most orders should arrive within 10-14 days (this estimated timeframe includes custom production + shipping combined). You will also receive notification and tracking information via email when your order has shipped.

Please note, we custom make everything we sell. There is typically an estimated 2-5 business day timeframe needed for production during which your order will be printed, quality checked, and packed. Once this process is done, your order will then ship out.

International Orders: We use Asendia USA. Asendia uses a service called International Priority Airmail (“IPA”). IPA travels by air then as priority in-country. The average fulfillment time for international orders ranges between 14-21 total days (custom production + shipping combined) and this service is available throughout the world. You will also receive notification and tracking information when your order has shipped. Our international shipping is not great (full transparency). It is reliable, you'll get it, but it is very slow.

I just placed my order, how long until it ships?

What kind of shirts do you print on?

Our Deluxe T-Shirts are made from 100% ring spun cotton and are available in sizes Small through 4XL. This fabric is soft, breathable, and lightweight, offering a comfortable everyday fit with a smooth feel.

For 5XL, our Deluxe tees are made from 100% cotton with a slightly thicker, more traditional t-shirt feel. We have found this construction provides better structure and comfort for larger sizes while still remaining soft and wearable.

Choose Deluxe if you prefer a classic cotton t-shirt with a soft hand feel and dependable weight.

Our Luxury T-Shirts are made from a super soft cotton/poly blend designed to deliver an ultra comfortable, slightly vintage feel.

Most Luxury colors feature a 52/48 ring spun and combed cotton/poly blend, while Athletic Heather and Black Heather use a 90/10 ring spun and combed cotton/poly blend. Select Luxury colors are printed on a triblend fabric made from poly, ring spun and combed cotton, and rayon, which offers the softest feel and a lightly worn in look.

Luxury is the style to choose if you want the absolute softest t-shirt we offer, love a vintage inspired feel, or want a tee comfortable enough to sleep in.

Our Long Sleeve T-Shirt consists of 100% cotton on a thicker material. Perfect for maximum comfort and warmth.

Our 3/4 Sleeve Raglan T-Shirt consists of 100% ring-spun cotton. Heather Grey colors are 90/10 ring-spun cotton/polyester and all other heathers are 50/50 ring-spun cotton/polyester.

Our Unisex Tank Top consists of 100% airlume ring-spun & combed cotton.

Our Unisex Hoodie consists of 50/50 cotton/polyester. Heather colors consist of 60/40 cotton/polyester. The thickness is 8oz.

Our Unisex Sweatshirt consists of 50/50 cotton/polyester. Heather colors consist of 60/40 cotton/polyester. The thickness is 8oz.

I made a mistake in my order, now what?

We allow changes to any order as long as it has not been longer than 24 hours since the time of your purchase. Customers can contact us here to request changes to an order.

I only received part of my order?

Some products on the site will ship from different locations even though you've purchased them in the same order. If you end up in this situation, please refer to the tracking numbers that are sent to you via email.

I have not received my order yet, now what?

If it has been more than 14 days since your order date, and you still have not received your shipment, or if it seems like your delivery has stalled for an extended period of time please contact us. Please note that it is not unusual for shipping carriers like DHL or USPS to have extended delays. But if your tracking seems to have stalled for more than 5 days, definitely contact us. Please make sure to include your shipping address in your email so we can confirm that it was input correctly when you placed your order.
