Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. Here is exactly how returns, replacements and refunds work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was placed. Requests made after 30 days may still be considered at our discretion, but are not guaranteed.

Condition Requirements

All apparel must be unworn and unlaundered, with any original tags attached, to be eligible for return. Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible, except where the item was defective when it arrived.

How to Start a Return

Email store@m00nshot.com or use our contact form with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return
  • For damaged, defective or incorrect items, a photograph showing the problem

We will respond with return instructions and, where a physical return is required, the correct return address. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Damaged Items, Print Defects, Wrong Item or Wrong Print

It does not happen often, but it happens. For the fastest resolution, send us a photograph showing the problem along with your order number.

In most cases we will send a free replacement based on the photograph alone, and we will not ask you to ship the item back. If we do request a return in these cases, we pay the return shipping.

Please note: many of our designs use intentionally distressed, cracked, faded or vintage-style print treatments. That texture is a deliberate part of the artwork and is not a printing defect. If you are unsure, send us a photo and we will tell you.

Fit and Sizing

Item does not fit? No problem. Contact us and we will help you find a solution. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering, since fit varies between garment styles.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind, wrong size ordered, or no longer wanted: you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
  • Our error (damaged, defective, wrong item, wrong print, wrong size sent): we cover everything. You pay nothing, and original shipping is refunded.
  • Address error you provided, package returned to us as undeliverable: we refund the cost of the items once they reach us. Original and return shipping are not refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, or once we approve a photo-based claim, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days of approval, and your bank or card issuer usually posts them within 5 to 10 business days after that. Timing beyond our processing is controlled by your financial institution.

If you paid partly with a gift card or store credit, that portion is refunded as store credit.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to contact us. In most cases we will arrange a replacement directly rather than making you return the item first and re-order.

Discounted, Promotional and Multi-Item Orders

If you return part of a multi-item order that received a promotional discount (for example Buy One Get One or Buy Two Get One Free), your refund reflects the actual amount paid for the returned item after the promotion was applied, not its full list price. If returning an item makes the order no longer eligible for the promotion, the refund is adjusted accordingly. Any cashback offer associated with the order may be voided.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Original shipping charges, except where the return is the result of our error

Canceling an Order

Because our products are printed to order, orders can usually only be canceled before production begins. Contact us immediately at store@m00nshot.com and we will do our best. Separately, if we are unable to ship your order within the time we stated (or within 30 days if we stated none), we will notify you and you may cancel for a prompt and full refund. Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit or fails to arrive within a reasonable timeframe, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. See our Shipping Policy for how we handle carrier investigations.
