Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the United States, and to a limited number of additional destinations shown at checkout. We do not ship to the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. All orders are printed and shipped from the USA. We do not ship to freight forwarders and we may cancel orders addressed to them.
Order Processing and Production Time
Substantially all m00nshot products are printed to order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting, which is how we can offer the range of designs and colors that we do. Every order goes through two stages:
- Production: typically 3 to 10 days from the time your order is placed. Production time is not shipping time.
- Transit: typically 3 to 7 business days for standard domestic shipping after your order leaves our facility, depending on the carrier and your location.
Total estimated time from order to delivery is typically 1 to 2 weeks for standard domestic orders. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production on the next business day.
Peak and Holiday Periods
During high volume periods, including the weeks before major holidays, production and transit times run longer, and total delivery time can extend to three weeks or more. When this happens we post updated estimates on the product page and at checkout. The estimate displayed at the time you place your order is the one that applies to your order, and it supersedes the standard timeframes above.
If you are ordering for a specific date, please order early and check the estimate shown at checkout rather than relying on the standard timeframes.
Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, based on your destination and the contents of your order. Any promotional free shipping threshold is stated on the Site at the time of the offer.
Delivery Estimates Are Estimates
All delivery timeframes displayed on our website, at checkout, or in order confirmations are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Estimates are based on average production and shipping times and may vary, particularly during high volume periods.
Once an order has shipped and been handed to a carrier, delivery timing is controlled by that carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, including operational backlogs, weather, labor actions, or regional processing delays.
Holiday delivery cutoffs we publish are estimates based on carrier guidance and historical data and are not guarantees. Orders placed near or after a cutoff may arrive after the holiday.
If Your Order Is Delayed: Your Right to Cancel
If we are unable to ship your order within the time stated at the time you placed it, or within 30 days if no time was stated, we will notify you, give you a revised shipping estimate, and offer you the choice to either agree to the new date or cancel your order for a prompt and full refund. If you do not respond to a delay notice, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund unless we are able to ship promptly.
This right applies before your order ships. Once your order has shipped, carrier transit delays are handled under the "Lost, Late or Undeliverable Packages" section below rather than as a cancellation.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because products are printed to order, we can usually only change or cancel an order before production begins. If you need to correct an address, change a size, or cancel, email store@m00nshot.com immediately with your order number. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started. This does not affect your cancellation right for delayed orders described above, or your rights under our Return Policy.
Shipping Addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or outdated address that you provided. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an address error, we will refund the cost of the items once we receive them. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable in that case.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to begin updating after the label is created. A label that has not yet scanned does not mean the package is lost.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately, in more than one package, and may arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each shipment. You are not charged extra for split shipments.
Lost, Late or Undeliverable Packages
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us at store@m00nshot.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, or fails to arrive within a reasonable timeframe, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Please allow the carrier a reasonable window to complete delivery before we open an investigation, since packages marked delivered often turn up within a day or two.
International Orders (if available)
Where we ship internationally, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay at checkout unless expressly stated, and they are not refundable. Delivery estimates for international orders exclude time held in customs, which is outside our control.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
These are covered by our Return Policy. In most cases we resolve them with a photo and a free replacement, and we do not ask you to ship the item back.
