Sheboygan's Chairmakers took the diamond in 1925, a Class D minor league club born from a city built on furniture manufacturing. Playing in Wisconsin's industrial heartland, they carried the identity of working people who shaped wood by day and cheered baseball by night. Some teams represent a town, others represent a way of life. Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
The Details:
Distressed navy block text reads "SHEBOYGAN" above large navy script lettering reading "CHAIRMAKERS" with a swooping tail on the "C." A vintage hand-drawn navy illustration depicts a baseball batter in mid-swing wearing a period uniform, knee-high socks, and cap, flanked by a circular seal reading "EST 1925." Smaller navy serif text below reads "Class D Minor League Baseball" and "Sheboygan, Wisconsin."
