Bay Area Laboratory Co-Operative merch is a public radio tote bag logo for a company whose only product line was federal indictments. San Francisco wanted to be remembered for sourdough and tech, and instead got a grand jury and suspiciously expanding hat sizes. Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
The Details:
Thin white line art depicts a suspension bridge resembling the Golden Gate Bridge, with two towers, X-braced bases, a curved main cable, and vertical suspender cables. Bold white small-caps sans-serif text reads "BALCO" between the towers above the deck. Light white uppercase sans-serif text below the deck reads "BAY AREA LABORATORY CO-OPERATIVE."
