Seattle's Hustlers took the field in 1890, carrying the Pacific Northwest League's early ambitions on their backs. Baseball in Washington was still raw and unpolished then, played on muddy diamonds before the city truly knew what it would become. Clubs like the Hustlers laid the groundwork for a baseball culture that would endure in Seattle for over a century. Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
The Details:
Arched distressed white block text reads "SEATTLE, WASHINGTON" above a large flowing script "Hustlers" with a swoosh tail underline. Bold white text reads "EST. 1890" with "BASEBALL CLUB" centered below. A small white baseball cap icon sits left of "PACIFIC NORTHWEST LEAGUE" in smaller distressed white capitals.
