The Round Table on Coast Boulevard was a gathering place for Laguna Beach's bohemian community during the mid-twentieth century. Long before the resort crowds arrived, the artists' colony sustained itself at neighborhood spots like this one. A four-digit telephone number on the sign speaks to just how far back those roots go.
