Vernon's Dusters joined the Longhorn League in 1947, bringing Class D baseball to a small North Texas town. Minor league clubs were the soul of their communities in postwar America. On warm summer nights, the Dusters gave Vernon, Texas something to rally around. Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
The Details:
Distressed red serif text reads "VERNON DUSTERS" above "1947" in large red numerals.
