Boston Yanks - Massachusetts - Vintage Defunct Football Teams - Unisex Sweatshirt
PRINTED IN & SHIPPED FROM USA
Our high quality unisex sweatshirts consist of a premium 8.5oz cotton/polyester blend with a classic crew neck and flattering fit.
Naming a Boston football team the Yanks was apparently not insulting enough, so the franchise eventually packed up and moved to New York. Eighty years later, the shirt still starts more fights in Southie than the team ever won games.
The Details:
Text in black-outlined golden-orange block letters reads "EST1944" diagonally. Illustration in weathered screen-print style depicts a football player in a green helmet and jersey numbered "44" over speckled black bands and a green splatter strip. Matching block text reads "YANKS" above distressed black slab serif "FOOTBALL CLUB" and black script "Boston, Mass."
