The Details:
Double-line arched frame in distressed mustard-yellow encloses "Poor Richard's" in bold blackletter type. Curved mustard-yellow sans-serif capitals read "SCRANTON, PA." A circular medallion holds an engraved-style illustration of a bearded man in a wide-brimmed hat raising a glass of beer, flanked by acanthus-leaf scroll flourishes.
