Kansas City's Cowboys rode onto the diamond in 1885, claiming their place in the old Western League. Before the Royals, before the Athletics, this was Missouri's ball club. They carried the grit of a frontier town where cattle trails met commerce and baseball was becoming religion. Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
