Pana's Coal Miners took the diamond in 1907 as part of the Eastern Illinois League, a Class D outfit born from a town built on mining and grit. Baseball in small-town Illinois back then wasn't entertainment, it was identity. Pana put its working soul on the field, and for a brief season, that mattered deeply. Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
