El Rancho Vegas opened in 1941 on a lonely stretch of Highway 91, the first resort on what would become the Las Vegas Strip. Long before the mega-resorts, it offered travelers a dude ranch dream with a casino attached. Fire claimed it in 1960, but every hotel that followed owes it a debt. Part of our Vintage Las Vegas collection, celebrating the defunct golden era venues of yesteryear.
