Hotel Sahara opened in 1952 at the north end of the Las Vegas Strip, a desert oasis born of the postwar boom. Its showrooms and lounges drew a generation of crooners and comics who made Nevada nights legendary. Across nearly six decades, it welcomed travelers into the golden age of old Vegas glamour. Part of our Vintage Las Vegas collection, celebrating the defunct golden era venues of yesteryear.
