Kiru Steaks stood on West 8th Street in Los Angeles during the mid-century era, when a great steakhouse was a neighborhood institution. A place where cocktails were strong, the cuts were prime, and the neon sign out front promised something worth dressing up for. Restaurants like Kiru gave a city block its identity. Part of our Vintage Restaurant collection, celebrating the classic American menus of yesteryear.
