Little Joe's stood at 904 North Broadway in Los Angeles for decades, a cornerstone of the city's Italian-American dining scene since the 1940s. Generations gathered there for red sauce suppers and stiff cocktails in the heart of Chinatown's edge. Losing it meant losing a piece of old Los Angeles that nothing could replace.
