Robertson Boulevard in Los Angeles carried a certain mid-century elegance, and The Castle Restaurant was part of that fabric. Operating from its 828 South Robertson address through the 1960s, it represented an era when dining out meant dressing up and lingering over cocktails. Places like this gave a neighborhood its identity. Part of our Vintage Restaurant collection, celebrating the classic American menus of yesteryear.
