Diamond Head stood on Route 1 in Saugus, Massachusetts, part of that legendary neon stretch that defined mid-century nightlife north of Boston. Opening its doors daily from morning to the small hours, it carried the Polynesian tiki bar craze that swept America through the 1950s and 1960s. Places like this turned a simple night out into an escape. Part of our Vintage Tiki collection, celebrating the defunct golden era bars of yesteryear.
