Hurricane Cove stood as Avalon's beloved tiki refuge on Catalina Island, where mid-century sailors and mainlanders alike gathered under thatched eaves. Born in the 1950s golden age of Polynesian pop, it carried the spirit of escapism that defined an era. Some bars serve drinks, but places like this served a feeling. Part of our Vintage Tiki collection, celebrating the defunct golden era bars of yesteryear.
