Tahitian Lanai and its Papeete Bar anchored the Waikikian Hotel, established in 1956 along the shores of Waikiki. Built during Hawaii's golden age of tiki culture, the bar carried an authenticity most mainland imitators could only dream of. Few places defined an entire era of Pacific hospitality the way this one did.

The Details:
Distressed green oval frames a black silhouette of a steep A-frame tiki structure with a pointed roof. Black Polynesian-style text arched above reads "TAHITIAN LANAI" with "ESTD" and "1956" flanking the illustration.
