The Details:

Red beet silhouette with three leafy stems and a thin, jagged taproot contains a lowercase "b" cut out in negative space, parodying the Beats logo. Stacked to the right, thin rounded sans-serif lowercase text reads "beets" in red above "by schrute" in light gray, referencing Dwight Schrute.
