Our average fulfillment time ranges between 10-14 days from your order date. This time includes custom production + delivery time combined.

As soon as an order is ready to ship, our system will automatically email you a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number. This email is usually sent within 5-7 business days after your order has been placed.

We recommend waiting at least 5-7 business days before contacting us regarding the status of your order.

If more than this time has already passed... First, make sure our shipping confirmation email did not end up in your spam or junk folder. We send all emails from “store@m00nshot.com”.

If you would like us to look into this further on our end, we would be happy to do so.

Did you accidentally order the wrong size, color, style or item completely?

No problem, as long as you contact us within 48 hours from the time of your order, we can still change it for you!

Have you received an email that says your order was delivered but you are unable to find it?

If so, we recommend the following steps.

1) Double check that you provided us with the correct shipping address.

2) Check with family, neighbors, roommates, etc. to see if they may have received the package and neglected to tell you.

3) Check around your porch/front door/front desk, etc. Most times, orders are placed inside your mailbox but sometimes they are left around the box instead.
