Dispatch crackling "see the man" means a stolen newspaper, a stubborn bowling alley drunk, and burgers eaten off the dashboard of a sensible sedan. Malloy will lecture Reed about it like a Senate hearing, then they file the paperwork. Inspired by Adam-12.
