T-Shirts come in two premium styles. Deluxe: 100% ring-spun cotton. Luxury: ultra soft vintage heather blend of combed ring-spun cotton & polyester.

Encinals baseball took root in Alameda, California around 1908, competing in the California League's Class D circuit. Named for the Spanish word for oak trees, the club carried its East Bay community onto the diamond. Small town leagues like these were the soul of California baseball, long before the majors moved west. Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.

The Details:

A cartoon anthropomorphic oak tree character with a green leafy canopy, brown trunk body, mustache, and white baseball cap holds two bats over one shoulder and a baseball in the other hand. To its right, a circular olive badge with a baseball at center reads "CALIF. LEAGUE CLASS D." Distressed white cursive script reads "Encinals" above olive-gold block numerals "1908," with "ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA" in white sans-serif below.

Fit & Fabric:

  • Deluxe (Solid Colors): 100% Ring-Spun Cotton. Features a feminine, semi-contoured silhouette.
  • Luxury (Heather Colors): Ultra-soft Airlume Cotton/Poly blend. Relaxed fit with a vintage texture.
  • Construction: Both styles feature side-seaming for a flattering fit.
  • Origin: Printed and shipped from the USA.
