The Details:

A massive stylized "250" in flowing silver calligraphic numerals anchors the design, with a colonial-era Founding Father in a tricorn hat and blue coat riding a bald eagle while raising two frothing beer mugs skyward. Red and blue fireworks burst outward behind the eagle's wings in a vivid illustrated finish.
