Berra and Rizzuto Lanes opened in the late 1950s inside the Styertowne Shopping Center in Clifton, New Jersey. Forty air-conditioned lanes gave North Jersey families a year-round escape. Some bowling alleys were just bowling alleys, but that one arrived with a pedigree.
