Bowl-O-Drome stood at Western and 220th in Torrance, California, neighborhood lanes that anchored the South Bay bowling scene for decades. Opening during the 1950s mid-century boom, it gave working families a place to gather on weeknights and weekends alike. Some alleys were just buildings, but this one was a local institution. Part of our Vintage Los Angeles collection, featuring the iconic local landmarks of yesteryear.
