Opening in 1955 on the Las Vegas Strip, the Dunes brought an Arabian Nights fantasy to a desert town still learning how big it could dream. Through the golden decades of headliners, high rollers, and lounge acts, it stood among the Strip's original pillars. Its 1993 implosion closed a chapter of old Las Vegas no newer resort could rewrite. Part of our Vintage Las Vegas collection, celebrating the defunct golden era venues of yesteryear.

A vintage logo tribute to the Dunes Hotel, the Arabian Nights themed Las Vegas Strip casino resort that opened in 1955 and was imploded in 1993, with its turbaned sultan mascot.
