I received the shirt and the left shoulder seam at the top was not sewn properly. I took pics and emailed them. Very quickly I received an apology email saying they will replace the shirt. I received the replacement shirt a couple days ago in perfect condition. A+++ on their customer service!

However once I contacted your office with a photo of the incorrect shirt attached to the original order showing the correct shirt you immediately responded, apologized and sent me the correct shirt within days.
