The Freeport Pretzels were a minor league baseball team from Freeport, Illinois, active between 1905 and 1915. They competed in leagues such as the Wisconsin State League and the Wisconsin–Illinois League, playing home games at Taylor Park. The team earned its unique nickname from Freeport's association with the pretzel industry. In 1907, the Pretzels clinched the Wisconsin State League championship. Despite their eventual dissolution, they remain a notable part of Freeport's rich baseball history.
