Great Falls fielded the Electrics beginning in 1911, a Class D minor league club in Montana's Union Association. Named for the hydroelectric power surging through the Missouri River dams, the team carried the young city's industrial pride onto the diamond. Small town ball like that held communities together in ways the major leagues never could. Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
