Hotel San Remo opened in 1989 as a quieter alternative to the spectacle of the Las Vegas Strip. Surrounded by mega-resorts, it carved out loyalty through old-world hospitality and a more intimate casino floor. Some properties earned their place not by size, but by how they made guests feel.
