In 1934 the Jackson Mississippians took the field in the newly formed East Dixie League as Jackson, Mississippi’s pride, finishing the season with a 72–54 record under manager Guy Lacy and earning the playoff title over Greenville. The team continued for a few seasons through 1937 before reverting back to the “Senators” moniker, but those years as the Mississippians remain a memorable chapter in Jackson’s baseball heritage. This design is inspired by the retro vintage defunct baseball teams of yesteryear, featuring original branding by m00nshot for teams that never had any. Printed on our warm & cozy unisex hoodie (hooded sweatshirt). We print & ship all of our high quality graphic hoodies in the USA.
