Jamaica Motel stood at 3745 Las Vegas Boulevard, nestled between the Tropicana and Aladdin during the 1960s heyday of the Strip. Small independent motels like this one gave everyday travelers a foothold in a city built for high rollers. They were the quiet neighbors to the megaresorts, and they made Vegas accessible to everyone.
