Manchester's Farmers took the diamond in 1887 as part of the New England League, representing a mill city already humming with ambition. Baseball in Manchester, New Hampshire meant something back then, a working town's claim to something beyond the factory floor.
Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
