The Mesa Theatre was an iconic, old school movie theatre located at 1890 Newport Boulevard in Costa Mesa, California. It existed from 1948 until it was demolished in 1998. Later, a Borders Bookstore was built at the same location and today the location is a grocery store. Printed on our super soft ring-spun & combed cotton unisex T-Shirt.
