Robaire's French Cuisine brought a taste of Paris to South La Brea Avenue in Los Angeles, thriving through the 1960s and 1970s as a beloved destination for Continental dining. Later expanding to Sherman Oaks, it carried old-world elegance into the San Fernando Valley. Some restaurants don't just serve food, they transport you somewhere else entirely.
