Rollerway Skating Rink advertised itself as a "Clean, All Year 'Round Sport" like Sacramento parents needed a moral guarantee before letting their kids strap on wheels. Every surviving rink now smells like carpet cleaner and broken dreams, but at least the logo aged well.
The Details:
Circular orange badge contains a vintage hand-drawn illustration of a couple roller skating in 1950s attire, with halftone dots filling the lower background behind them. Orange text arranged around the circle reads "ROLLERWAY" at the top and "SKATING RINK" below, with "Clean, All Year 'round Sport" and "9th & B Str. 3-2845" and "Sacramento" filling the remaining arc.
