Scranton Miners - Pennsylvania - Vintage Defunct Baseball Teams - Unisex Sweatshirt
PRINTED IN & SHIPPED FROM USA
Our high quality unisex sweatshirts consist of a premium 8.5oz cotton/polyester blend with a classic crew neck and flattering fit.
Scranton's Miners took the diamond in 1887 as part of the Penn. State League, rooting baseball deep into the coal country of northeastern Pennsylvania. Baseball and mining were the twin pulses of that city. The club gave working families something to rally around beyond the next shift underground. Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
The Details:
A retro baseball logo for the Scranton Miners, the defunct 1887 Pennsylvania State League club from northeastern Pennsylvania coal country, with a cartoon miner mascot carrying a pickaxe.
