The Details:
Gold-colored ornamental border frames the entire design. "London" appears at the top in a serif font, with "Scrooge & Marley" centered in large distressed blackletter type, flanked by "ESTD" vertically on the left and "1843" on the right. "Counting House" is printed in a serif font near the bottom of the border.
