Shore Lanes anchored U.S. 19 South in Clearwater, Florida, during the 1960s and 1970s, when that Gulf Coast highway corridor was lined with neon and possibility. Bowling alleys like this one served as neighborhood gathering places for league nights, family outings, and snowbird socials. A roadside sign you could spot from half a mile out meant you were home.
