Toney's Spaghetti House held court on Bourbon Street in the heart of New Orleans' Vieux Carré, serving red sauce to French Quarter regulars for decades through the mid-twentieth century. Before Bourbon Street became a tourist spectacle, places like Toney's fed the neighborhood. Some restaurants don't just occupy an address, they become the block's identity.
