Toots Shor's was the ultimate gathering place for athletes, writers, and entertainers in midtown Manhattan from the 1940s through the 1960s. Located at 51 West 51st Street, it became the unofficial clubhouse of New York's sporting and cultural elite. Some restaurants serve meals, but this one served as the crossroads of an entire era.
