Paris, Kentucky's Bourbonites took the diamond in 1909 as a Class D club in the Blue Grass League. Named for the bourbon country that surrounded them, the team carried deep regional pride. Small town ball meant everything when the whole county showed up on summer evenings.
Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
