The Details:

License plate in distressed white ink shows rounded corners, a red top stripe, two black screw holes, and navy sans-serif text reading "NEW YORK." A red Statue of Liberty stands left of tall, condensed navy capitals reading "ASSMAN." Two black screw holes sit above a red bottom stripe.
