Aku Aku brought Polynesian escapism to the Las Vegas Strip when it opened inside the Stardust Hotel in 1958. During the golden age of tiki culture, it served exotic drinks and island fare to tourists chasing midcentury glamour. Few restaurants captured that era's romantic fascination with the South Pacific quite like this one. Part of our Vintage Tiki collection, celebrating the defunct golden era bars of yesteryear.
