Sunset Bowling Center held court at 5842 Sunset Blvd in Hollywood, just steps from the studio lots, through the golden age of the 1950s. Grips, gaffers, and screenwriters rolled frames after long shoots. Some alleys sit in neighborhoods, but this one sat at the crossroads of an entire industry.
