Bobby McGee's Conglomeration on Coast Highway in Newport Beach was a place where the waitstaff performed in costume and every dinner felt like theater. Opening in the 1970s, it helped define a wild era of themed dining in Southern California. Some restaurants serve meals, but Bobby McGee's served an experience you never quite forgot.
